The school is organizing a series of talks on Saturday, 04 February 2012. The sessions aim to equip parents with relevant parenting skills and update parents on curriculum matters.
The speaker for the session ‘Starting Right’ is Mrs Lalitha Kok. She has been the school counsellor in Temasek Secondary since 2006. Mrs Kok was a secondary school teacher for many years before becoming a school counsellor. Just like you, she is also a parent with teenagers in secondary school and junior college.
After this session, the academic departments will conduct several sessions for parents who are interested in curriculum matters.
All parents of Sec 1 students are strongly advised to attend Session 1.

The Parent Support Group (PSG) will be organizing a family bonding programme, “PSG Family Day @BigSplash”, in collaboration with the school at 9am, on 05 November 2011 at East Coast Park. The activities will take 3 hours where parents and child have to work together to compete in an “Amazing Race” on bicycles and test their jumping skills to clear a series of obstacles in the “Kangoo Power Obstacle Course”.

It is a pleasure to announce that the school had embarked on the School Family Education(SFE) Programme in April 2011. The programme is spearheaded by the Ministry of Community Development for Youth & Sports(MCYS), in partnership with the school, together with our Service Provider, Filos Community Services Ltd.
